PURPOSE: This problem submission portal serves as the entry point for EAMS-A verified personnel to petition the ASWF for solutions IAW the Problem Submission Acknowledgment and Consent and instructions. Information is collected to control and track individuals' access to and use of these technology services, review applicant information, and generate reports and statistical data to calculate workloads, make business decisions regarding the technology, and understand associated demographics, domains of problems, and submissions regarding use requirements.

ROUTINE USES: Data is shared with Department of the Army, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Congress for the purposes specified above. DoD-Wide Systems of Records Notice DoD-0019, Information Technology Access and Audit Records.

 Problem Submission Acknowledgement and Consent

ASWF seeks valuable problem spaces where software can be a solution but cannot guarantee any specific outcome to a problem submission. ASWF vets all submissions to deconflict from commercially available, enterprise, and other more appropriate solutions. Submissions can only be accepted from Government civilian or military personnel. Submissions may not contain any classified information or PII beyond your official contact information specifically requested. By submitting a problem, you:

I hereby acknowledge that my input, in whatever form, is made during my duty hours, using Government equipment and facilities. I also acknowledge that my input may be selected solely at ASWF's discretion for further development which may result in creation of derivative technology. I acknowledge that, due to the circumstances of my input, I am not entitled to any rights in any such resultant technology or solution. Accordingly, I consent to the retention by the Government of the entire rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property or any other rights in technology resulting from development of my input.
